Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team in Doha. In this role, you will support business operations by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing insights that drive informed decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
• Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
• Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
• Prepare clear documentation and present insights to management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
• Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred
• Strong English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
