Techno Business Analysts
Job Purpose Summary
QNB currently looking for a
Techno Business Analysts
to support QNB E-Channels with focus on Open Banking APIs, Corporate Online Banking / Cash management system and Payments.
Education / Experience Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

Minimum of 8 years in the Banking experience within IT Department with minimum 4 years in implementation of Corporate online / Mobile banking and Retail Internet / Mobile banking.

Proven experience with minimum 3 years in analyzing and testing APIs / Open Banking API
-
Reviewing and preparing Business Requirement Specification and prepare the test cases exploring all aspects of the scope.

Strong knowledge in Payment / Swift Standards.
-
Good Knowledge with Equation / Core Banking system.
-
Reviewing BRS and prepare the technical analysis document and test cases exploring all aspects of the scope.

Support customer incidents and investigations.
-
Defect life cycle Management and execution status reporting
-
Proven experience in Banking solutions in (SIT/UAT) testing

Experience in test scope analysis and regression testing
-
Ensure high standards of data protection and confidentiality.
-
Consult and coordinate with systems analysts and programmers to design and develop business systems.

Track and document changes to business specifications.

Create and assist others in the writing of user documentation, instruction, procedures, and training
-
Prepare systems business cycle specifications and manage output and controls of calculations and postings.

Follow up on any system incidents and arrange / coordinate for fixes on timely manner.
