Costume Data Administration is at the core of everything we do. The Costume Data Administration team is responsible for the oversight of all garment data for the department. The team oversees the data that flows into our proprietary application responsible for asset tracking for multiple sites at The Walt Disney Company. They also act as the voice of the user while partnering closely with other teams such as Entertainment Business Technology and Enterprise Technology. The Costume Data Administration team is also responsible for a yearly annual operating plan for all our costuming specialty software.
You will report to the Area Manager - Costume Information Administration.
This role is a Full-Time role.
What You Will Do:
Support costuming with new business processes, feasibility, and business case definition
Gather requirements for various workflows
Perform business process modeling
Provide business change management support
Ensure work is aligning to business standards
Provide project support
Run reporting and create automation from multiple sources
Required Qualifications & Skills:
2+ years working on project teams where reporting was the focus of the role
Experience with hands on report development and sustainment utilizing business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Smartsheet, or SQL
Skilled in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Project
Prior experience translating complex data and analytics into compelling business stories
Ability to collaborate and work through compromises that result in win/win agreements and outcomes
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage partners at all levels both internally and externally
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing tasks
Willing to travel between various work locations in a given day
Ability to work around all types of fibers, fabrics, and synthetic furs
Schedule availability to work flexible hours including weekends, nights, and holidays
Ability to travel domestically & internationally up to 10% of the time
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Walt Disney Parks and Resorts Costuming and/or products
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Mathematics/Statistics, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent preferred
