Business Analyst

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst / Product Manager with a strong background in software development environments. The role involves working closely with engineering teams, stakeholders, and customers to define, build, and deliver scalable digital products. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling both requirement analysis and product ownership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements
• Convert requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery
• Own and manage the product backlog, sprint planning, and prioritization
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Ensure product alignment with business goals and customer needs
• Perform gap analysis, process improvement, and solution design
• Track product performance and iterate based on user feedback and data
• Support UAT, releases, and post-deployment activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field
• 3–4 years of experience in an IT/software company as a Business Analyst or Product Manager
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC
• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, or similar
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on SaaS or product-based IT solutions
• Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations
• Exposure to UI/UX concepts and user journey mapping
• Experience with data analysis/reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
• Prior experience in fintech or similar domain is a plus

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per month
