Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive analysis skills to identify business needs, requirements, and opportunities.

Collaborate closely with the US team to gather requirements, define scope, and ensure alignment with assigned goals and targets.

Utilize various analytical tools and techniques to interpret data, extract insights, and drive informed decision-making.

Common Sense is MUST to think and share innovative and creative ideas for executions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.

Proven experience of 3-4 years in retail industry or similar roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas, concepts, and recommendations clearly and concisely.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive collaboration.

Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy, quality, and continuous improvement.
