Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Business Analyst with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. Experience in Healthcare IT will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
• Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and User Stories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, development, and project management, to ensure delivery aligns with requirements.
• Conduct process analysis and propose optimization strategies for healthcare IT workflows.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Participate in sprint planning, review meetings, and UAT sessions.
• Create mockups, workflows, and wireframes as needed to support requirement clarity.
• Support in change management processes and impact analysis.
• Ensure solutions comply with regulatory standards and healthcare industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (BSCS), Business Administration (BBA), or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Healthcare IT domain.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in writing BRDs, FRDs, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) platforms.
• Exposure to regulatory standards like HIPAA, HL7, or other healthcare compliance requirements.
• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Agile methodologies (CSPO, PMI-ACP) is a plus.
