Ø Knowledge of Telecom domain and Processes
Ø Propose complex, cross-functional analytics solutions, predictive models and statistical analyses for solving business issues and requirements
Ø Leverage creative solutions, analytics and visualization/reporting techniques to enhance knowledge and
Ø drive actionable insights that deliver Return on Investment (ROI). This could include use of variance analysis, dashboards/reporting, sales analytics and regression
Ø Having knowledge on identifying business critical data and its KPI
Ø Identifying critical data elements and valuable KPI
Ø Streamline data preparation and processes for maximum automation and efficiency whilst supporting environment
Ø migrations where required
Ø Must have Agile, Scrum and Jira experience
Ø Candidate must have Good Communication skills
Ø Candidate Must have Negotiation and Influencing skills Knowledge of Telecom CRM and Billing systems
Ø Knowledge of Telecom order management and service management
Ø Ability to synthesize information from a variety of data sources into a logical, organized and concise manner.
Ø Strong written, verbal communication skills skills and ability to work within a Global team
