Business Analyst

Job title: Business Analysis Associate

Duration: 12 Months Contract to Hire

Location: Cleveland OH 44114

Pay Rate: $25.00 - $27.00 hourly on W2

Roles and Responsibilities:

• The individual will contribute to support of incentive marketing offers

• Monitor incoming requests from Branches and Care Centers, then research and resolve

• Create and maintain Excel reports

• Schedule and lead meetings

• Import files to an application and verify results

• Process data and validate results

• Perform research to address payment disputes / communicate results

• Analyze data to identify trends

• The individual will spend a considerable amount of time on audits and validations.

Attention to detail, focus on accuracy, and analytical/Investigative mindset is crucial.

• This position requires effective written and verbal communication skills and strong collaboration ability

Must Have Technical Skills :

• Advanced skills in Excel

• Problem-solving ability

Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree - Business related degree.
