What You’ll Be Doing:

Transform Data into Actionable Insights

• Extract, clean, validate, and structure data from ERP, CRM, Finance, eCommerce, and operational systems.

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and dashboards.

• Translate complex datasets into clear visual stories and business recommendations.

• Identify trends, gaps, and performance opportunities across sales, operations, purchasing, and marketing. Build Dashboards That Matter

• Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and other BI tools.

• Create visually engaging KPI reports aligned with Boutiqaat’s branding and reporting standards.

• Optimize dashboards for speed, scalability, and automated refresh cycles.

• Support self-service analytics and empower teams with accessible insights. Partner with Business

• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Operations, IT, and leadership teams to solve business challenges through data.

• Support executive reporting and strategic performance reviews.

• Present findings in a way that both technical and non-technical stakeholders understand and trust. Drive Continuous Improvement• Automate repetitive reporting processes.

• Improve reporting workflows and data accessibility.

• Stay ahead of BI trends, visualization best practices, and emerging analytics tools.

• Contribute to a culture of learning, innovation, and data excellence.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Data Analytics.

• Strong experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.

• Experience working with ERP, CRM, or eCommerce data environments is highly preferred.

• Advanced SQL skills (queries, joins, transformations).

• Strong Power BI expertise including DAX, Power Query, and data modelling.

• Excellent Excel and data visualization capabilities.

• Familiarity with Python or R is a plus.

• Understanding of ETL workflows, data warehousing, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or

GCP).

• Analytical, curious, and detail oriented.

• Passionate about turning data into business impact.

• A strong communicator who can simplify complexity.

• Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities.

• Continuously learning and eager to grow technically and professionally.
