Business Analyst

The Business Analyst plays a key role in understanding organizational needs and translating them into clear, actionable requirements. This position collaborates with both business units and technical teams to ensure solutions are effectively designed and successfully delivered.

Core Responsibilities

• Elicit, evaluate, and document business and system requirements
• Facilitate discussions through stakeholder meetings, interviews, and workshops
• Convert business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements
• Partner with technical teams to support system design and implementation
• Ensure proposed solutions align with strategic business objectives
• Collaborate with project teams, including developers and QA, across all phases of delivery
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify and validate solutions
• Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for optimization
• Prepare and maintain essential documentation such as requirement specifications and process workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• 3 to 6 years of experience in a Business Analyst role
• Solid knowledge of business analysis principles, techniques, and tools
• Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies
• Industry certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile credentials are beneficial
