Job Duties
- A part of corporate recruitment team and responsible for managing the entire recruitment life cycle;
- Understanding the business needs and criticality of the open positions. Focusing efforts to find best talent quickly;
- Understanding business requirements and ensuring that the job descriptions are accurate, up to date and easy to understand. Ensuring timely placement of postings for the open positions in relevant channels like portals and net-working sites;
- Monitoring the level of response to postings and tweaking the postings if required;
- Using Social Media Marketing, references and personal network to fill the critical positions;
- Maintaining relationship with the candidates previously placed thus ensuring a viable reference pool for future openings;
- Maintaining an updated database for tracking closures, back outs and in progress cases. Doing regular follow up to ensure high turn up;
- Ensuring the whole interview process is well coordinated and as brief as possible, thus creating a safety margin in case of candidate rejection;
- Understanding resumes and candidate’s expectations to decide the best fit;
- Conducting database/Portal/Networking Site searches for suitable resumes. Cold-calling prospective employees;
- Reviewing applications received and scheduling interviews;
- Managing HR rounds and coordinating for technical round of interviews;
- Collecting and collating feedback;
- Documenting the process at various steps, creating trackers;
- Negotiation of salaries with the candidates to maintain the internal parity. Ensuring minimum deviation from the defined price point;
- Raising the offer to the selected candidates, Sending mails for the approval of offers;
- Co-coordinating the offer letters and salary structures for the selected candidates, sending these offer letters and following up with the candidates till joining;
- Coordinating with other departments for the joining of the candidates;
- This job is available to work from home or remote location.
- Sending the new hire arrangements and other details for the joining.
