Summary

The Business Analyst (Skill Level 2) supports the Human Development – National (HDN) Office by assisting with the administration and oversight of testing and certification processes. This role ensures testing programs are conducted in approved proctored environments and comply with applicable laws, accreditation standards, and accessibility requirements. The Business Analyst helps develop, document, and manage processes related to certification testing protocols, tools, and procedures to support consistent and compliant program delivery.


Job Description

  • Ensure testing is delivered in an approved, proctored environment using standardized procedures.
  • Ensure testing activities comply with applicable laws, accreditation standards, and accessibility requirements, including Chapter 126 of Title 42, United States Code (Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and at least 12 months of demonstrated experience working with applicable laws, accreditation standards, or accessibility compliance such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university


Education Substitutions:

  • Associate’s degree and three (3) years of relevant experience, OR
  • High school diploma and five (5) years of relevant experience.
