Job Description

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders in capital markets.
Collaborate with business users, development teams, and QA to design and validate solutions.
Lead or support system and user acceptance testing (UAT) with clear traceability to business requirements.
Interpret and apply regulatory requirements related to capital markets (e.g., MiFID II, Dodd-Frank, EMIR).
Work closely with technical teams on issue identification and resolution, including patching and troubleshooting efforts.
Prepare detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and data mappings.
Monitor and support the delivery of regulatory reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Assist in the development of test plans, test cases, and execution of test cycles.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Capital Markets domain.
Strong knowledge of Fixed Income and Derivative products and workflows.
Hands-on experience with Regulatory Reporting platforms or processes.
Good understanding of Software Testing methodologies and tools (manual or automated).
Technical background with working knowledge of:
Application patching processes.
System troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
