Job Summary:
The Communications, Strategic Marketing & Culture Initiatives Specialist will lead impactful internal communication campaigns, executive presentations, cultural programs, and marketing efforts that enhance employee engagement, drive adoption of key initiatives, and reinforce Oracle’s values. This role collaborates globally with executives, subject matter experts, and virtual teams to deliver clear, compelling, and brand-aligned content—while knowledge management is supportive, the primary focus is communications, marketing, and cultural engagement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • 10+ years’ experience in communications, marketing, project management, or related disciplines (preferably in fast-paced or tech-driven environments).
  • Demonstrated expertise in executive communications, change management, and leading cultural or engagement initiatives.
  • Advanced proficiency with collaboration, presentation, and content management tools (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Oracle Service Cloud, etc.).
  • Skilled in digital media, curriculum development (Captivate, Camtasia, Canva), and data analysis for marketing.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a strong eye for detail.
  • Proven ability to lead global, cross-functional teams and manage complex projects independently.
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and leadership skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with AI-driven content optimization or semantic search tools.
  • Background in finance operations or enterprise technology environments.
  • Exposure to change management, enablement programs, or global communication planning.
  • Familiarity with visual design, branding, or multimedia production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic communications and marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including change management and sales enablement.
  • Lead and champion global cultural initiatives, including designing programs that support employee engagement, recognition, and inclusion.
  • Design and deliver executive-level presentations, distilling complex ideas into compelling narratives for senior leadership.
  • Create, edit, and manage corporate communications (emails, newsletters, process documentation, etc.) and support readiness documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to produce digital, video, and multimedia content that informs and influences.
  • Support employee learning and development through curriculum design, working with instructional designers and SMEs.
  • Utilize analytics and feedback to refine messaging and optimize communication strategies.
  • Provide guidance on branding, visual design, and content creation best practices.
  • Address escalated issues diplomatically and maintain strong, positive relationships across global, cross-functional teams.
