Job Description

• Gather, analyze, and catalog functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests.
• Provide subject matter expertise within the business and technical domain to support project deliverables.
• Ensure all application changes comply with organizational standards and policies.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to create, track, and maintain risk and delivery artifacts.
• Document processes, procedures, and workflows associated with applications.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to analyze and enhance processes and solutions.
• Create, maintain, and deliver training materials for end users.

Exceptional presentation and communication skills
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks across multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent problem-solving and issue-resolution skills
Comfortable communicating with audiences of varying technical expertise
Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities

Hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint
Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and VBA macros
Experience with technology deployment and migration processes
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and its components is a plus

Information Technology professional with 10+ years of experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience working in cross-functional teams

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
