Job Responsibilities

Work with Product Owners, end users, and business stakeholders to define and refine requirements for new functionalities and services.

Document business requirements and convert them into functional requirements and user stories.

Collaborate with technical delivery teams to explain requirements, address gaps, and refine solutions balancing business value and technical feasibility.

Maintain clear communication channels with all relevant teams to ensure timely identification, monitoring, and resolution of project dependencies.

Design, execute, and document standardized test scenarios and use cases following best practices.

Translate business requirements into usable technology requirements for Agile sprint planning and development.

Prepare end-user training material, FAQs, and functional test cases.
-
Assist with the compilation of test cases and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
-
Handle MIS reporting, task management, and escalation as required.

Support implementation of digital products and services across mobile and online banking platforms.
-
Apply Lean methodology to streamline work processes and optimize time and resource efficiency.
Mandatory Skills

Strong expertise in requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.

Hands-on experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Proficient in preparing user stories, functional documents, and process flow diagrams.

Excellent understanding of SDLC and project delivery frameworks.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Office Suite, or similar tools.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills across business and technical teams.

Ability to drive discussions between cross-functional teams and ensure alignment on project objectives.

Knowledge of Lean methodologies and process improvement practices.
