Strong experience in working in Agile environments — defining user stories, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT coordination is MUST
Job Responsibilities
- Work with Product Owners, end users, and business stakeholders to define and refine requirements for new functionalities and services.
- Document business requirements and convert them into functional requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with technical delivery teams to explain requirements, address gaps, and refine solutions balancing business value and technical feasibility.
- Maintain clear communication channels with all relevant teams to ensure timely identification, monitoring, and resolution of project dependencies.
- Design, execute, and document standardized test scenarios and use cases following best practices.
- Translate business requirements into usable technology requirements for Agile sprint planning and development.
- Prepare end-user training material, FAQs, and functional test cases.
- Assist with the compilation of test cases and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Handle MIS reporting, task management, and escalation as required.
- Support implementation of digital products and services across mobile and online banking platforms.

Apply Lean methodology to streamline work processes and optimize time and resource efficiency.
- Strong expertise in requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficient in preparing user stories, functional documents, and process flow diagrams.
- Excellent understanding of SDLC and project delivery frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Office Suite, or similar tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills across business and technical teams.
- Ability to drive discussions between cross-functional teams and ensure alignment on project objectives.
