Business Analyst – AIOps

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with hands-on experience in AIOps (Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations) projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions, particularly within AI-driven IT operations and automation environments.

This is a fast-paced, onsite role requiring immediate availability and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for AIOps initiatives

Collaborate with IT, operations, and engineering teams to ensure alignment

Translate business needs into clear and actionable deliverables

Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, and requirement validation sessions

Support implementation of AI-driven operational solutions

Conduct gap analysis and process improvement initiatives

Ensure solutions align with business goals and operational efficiency

Assist in testing, validation, and successful delivery of solutions

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Business Analyst (5+ years preferred)

Strong exposure to AIOps, IT Operations, or similar environments

Solid understanding of how AI/ML integrates with IT operations

Experience working in structured delivery environments with multiple stakeholders

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to cloud-based environments and enterprise systems

Experience working in large-scale digital transformation programs

Relevant certifications in business analysis or IT service management

Must be currently located in Qatar

Must hold a valid Qatar ID
