About the Role:PureLogics is hiring a Business Analyst Associate to support our U.S. public sector growth strategy. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn the end-to-end process of responding to government tenders, researching SLED RFPs, and establishing early relationships with U.S. agencies and vendors.
You’ll support a dynamic pre-sales and proposal team by conducting RFP analysis, assisting with compliance documentation, and actively contributing to external outreach — helping us position PureLogics as a trusted vendor in the public sector ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and tracking RFP, RFQ, and RFI opportunities from various U.S. government procurement portals
- Help review and summarize key elements from bid documents such as technical requirements, compliance checklists, and evaluation factors
- Support the proposal team in drafting sections like executive summaries, requirement overviews, pricing formats, and registration forms
- Contribute to communication efforts by preparing outreach emails and follow-up messages to vendors and agencies
- Help gather background information from points of contact to understand early-stage project signals and market interest
- Maintain a shared log to track vendor interactions, potential collaborators, and outreach progress
- Participate in organizing and updating internal proposal assets, including templates, team bios, and case studies
- Stay informed about trends and updates in U.S. public sector procurement practices and guidelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field
- Strong research and critical thinking abilities – can break down dense documents into clear, actionable tasks
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Interest in U.S. public-sector technology, procurement, or international sales
- Comfortable using tools like project management and AI tools.
- Familiarity with RFP structures, agencies, or U.S. contracting processes is a plus
- Confident in drafting emails and introductory messages for U.S.-based government stakeholders and partners.
