Business Analyst - Azure Data & BI

We are seeking a mid-level Business Analyst to support critical Data & BI initiatives within an Azure environment. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with both local business stakeholders and offshore teams to gather and document requirements, prioritize projects, and manage a dynamic backlog. Your impact will be significant as you drive efficiency and clarity within the team, ensuring that vital data projects are prioritized and executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business and data requirements by engaging with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the process.

• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) that will guide the analysis of data initiatives and report on project success to stakeholders.

• Maintain and prioritize a backlog of projects using Azure DevOps, ensuring timely completion of tasks according to business needs.

• Coordinate closely with offshore teams to facilitate communication and ensure the successful delivery of data projects, acting as the liaison between teams.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, demonstrating a strong understanding of business and data requirements.

• Proven skills in gathering requirements, creating user stories, and defining acceptance criteria within Agile methodologies.

• Experience managing diverse project scopes, from short-term tasks to long-term initiatives, while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for project and backlog management, ensuring effective task prioritization.
