Business Analyst – CBUAE BRF (Regulatory Reporting) | UAE

We are looking for a highly specialized Business Analyst – CBUAE BRF with strong hands-on experience in Central Bank of UAE (CBUAE) Banking Return Forms (BRF) and regulatory reporting implementation.

This is not a documentation role — it’s a core regulatory intelligence role for professionals who understand BRF logic, inter-form dependencies, data models, and system implementation.

Location: UAE (Hybrid / Onsite)

Experience: 5–10 years (Min 3+ years in CBUAE BRF)

Key Responsibilities

- SME for CBUAE BRF regulations, circulars & reporting manuals

- Interpret regulatory text into functional, data & validation logic

- Manage inter-BRF dependencies (Financial, Risk, Capital, Liquidity, Credit)

- Design source-to-target mappings & reusable data layers

- Work closely with Compliance, Finance, Risk & Tech teams

- Validate system logic vs regulatory intent

- Prepare UAT, reconciliation & submission dry-runs

Mandatory Skills

-Hands-on experience preparing CBUAE BRFs

-Strong understanding of BRF inter-dependencies

-Data mapping & database knowledge

-SQL / programming concepts (working understanding)

-Regulatory form design & validation logic
