Business Analyst – ClickUp Workflows & Dashboards Expert

We are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven Business Analyst with proven expertise in ClickUp workflows, automation, and dashboards. The ideal candidate will translate business needs into efficient systems, streamline processes, and ensure data-driven decision-making through visual dashboards and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and design optimized ClickUp workflows for project management and operations.
• Build, customize, and maintain ClickUp dashboards to track KPIs, team performance, and project timelines.
• Create automations, templates, and dependencies within ClickUp to improve task visibility and accountability.
• Collaborate with department heads to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ClickUp solutions.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ClickUp best practices.
• Integrate ClickUp with other tools (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace, CRM tools, or reporting systems).
• Monitor and continuously improve the efficiency of workflows through reporting and feedback loops.
• Generate actionable insights using ClickUp analytics and other business intelligence tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Management Specialist.
• Hands-on expertise in ClickUp (advanced workflow design, automation, dashboards, custom fields, integrations).
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools is a plus (e.g., Google Data Studio, Power BI).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in automation tools (Zapier, Make/Integromat).
• Knowledge of team collaboration and productivity tools.
• Ability to train team members and implement ClickUp adoption company-wide.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
