We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong experience in corporate and digital banking to bridge business needs and technology solutions. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to define requirements, enhance customer journeys, and support digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine business requirements for digital banking solutions.
- Analyze customer journeys and recommend improvements across mobile and online banking platforms.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, functional and non-functional specifications.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops, interviews, and gap analysis.
- Support AI/ML-driven banking initiatives by identifying use cases and data requirements.
- Work with UX/UI teams to ensure customer-centric design.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and governance standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and backlog grooming.
- Strong understanding of digital banking platforms and APIs
- Experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA, Confluence
- Knowledge of system integration and business analysis frameworks
- Banking domain experience preferred
