Business Analyst – D365 F&O, SCM (Aftersales Logistics)
Role Overview:
The Business Analyst – D365 F&O, SCM supports the MS Dynamics 365–based ERP solution for Aftersales Logistics by analyzing business requirements, optimizing processes, and enabling high-quality solution delivery.
This role works closely with Product Managers, Business Process Analysts, IT teams, and global stakeholders to translate business needs into functional requirements, ensure solution alignment with global standards, and support successful adoption across logistics domains such as Inbound, Outbound, Warehouse, Master Data, Billing, Finance (FiCO), and Claims & Returns within the automotive logistics domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Requirements Management

Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for Aftersales Logistics processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Supply Chain Management (SCM)

Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria

Support demand intake and prioritization in collaboration with the Product Manager

Ensure requirements align with global process standards and governance guidelines
Solution Design & Delivery Support

Collaborate with IT, solution architects, and external partners during solution design and development

Support UAT planning and execution, including test case creation, defect analysis, and validation of fixes
-
Perform data validation and process walkthroughs to ensure solution quality and readiness
-
Support deployment activities and post-go-live stabilization
Stakeholder Collaboration

Act as a key interface between business users, Product Managers, and technical teams

Work with Business Process Analysts to ensure consistent process documentation and solution alignment

Support cross-domain collaboration across Inbound, Outbound, Master Data, Billing, Warehouse, and FiCO
Documentation & Enablement

Create and maintain functional documentation, process flows, training materials, and user guides

Support end-user training, onboarding, and change adoption initiatives

Assist in tracking enhancements, defects, and backlog items
Continuous Improvement

Analyze process performance, user feedback, and operational KPIs to identify improvement opportunities

Contribute to continuous improvement, innovation initiatives, and an AI-first mindset

Support roadmap discussions with data-driven insights and business impact analysis
Must-Have Skills & Experience
-
3–5 years of experience in ERP-driven automotive logistics or supply chain processes

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / SCM

Solid understanding of Aftersales Logistics processes

Experience in business analysis, requirement documentation, and UAT
-
Ability to work in global, cross-functional, and multi-stakeholder environments

Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field

MS Dynamics 365 F&O / SCM certifications are a plus
