Business Analyst – Documentation, Implementation and Client Management

About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst who can bridge client needs and product delivery. You will gather requirements, translate them into clear documentation, work closely with the implementation team, and ensure smooth onboarding and support for clients. This role needs someone who is organized, confident in communication, and able to manage multiple projects at a time.

Key Responsibilities

• Call/Meet with clients to understand business needs and processes
• Coordinate with development, QA, and deployment teams during implementation
• Support product demos, onboarding, and training for clients
• Track project progress, risks, and delivery timelines
• Manage communication between internal teams and clients
• Prepare release notes, help guides, and process documentation
• Ensure successful adoption of the solution post-implementation

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst or in a client-facing project coordination role for atleast 6 months to one year
• Strong understanding of SDLC and requirement gathering
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage documentation clearly and concisely
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Notion, or similar project management platforms
• Ability to analyze workflows and propose improvements
• Comfortable presenting and conducting client training sessions

Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS, ERP, or publishing/education solutions
• Basic knowledge of SQL or technical concepts
