We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst / Documentation Specialist with experience in ERP and CRM systems. The role involves working closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and ensure solutions meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ERP and CRM modules.

Prepare and maintain functional documentation such as BRDs, process flows, and use cases.

Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to map processes and identify gaps.

Support configuration and customization decisions by translating business needs into functional requirements.

Validate solutions during system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent).

3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Documentation Specialist.

Strong experience in requirements gathering and process mapping.

Functional knowledge of ERP and CRM systems.

Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
