The Role
Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in EHS platforms and ServiceNow implementations to join our Digital Transformation team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements are captured, documented, and delivered effectively. Primary Skills • Proficiency in EHS platforms (e.g., Enablon, Sphera, Intelex) • Data visualization and reporting tools • Secondary Skills • Understanding of cybersecurity and IT risk principles • Key Responsibilities • Conduct workshops with EHS stakeholders to gather requirements • Document business processes and translate them into functional specifications and user stories • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate delivery of EHS requirements in ServiceNow • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training sessions, and post-go-live adoption
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in EHS or ServiceNow implementations • Strong knowledge of workplace safety standards (ISO 45001, OSHA, ISO 14001) • Excellent stakeholder engagement and documentation skills • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
