Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Business Associate (SBA) to drive performance, retention, and operational excellence for our 2Wheeler business in the UAE. This is a high-ownership role focused on rider and vendor operations, platform experience, and business growth. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capability with sharp business acumen and operational rigor.
Key Responsibilities:
Supply Management
- Plan monthly/quarterly supply requirements in collaboration with the Supply Lifecycle team.
- Lead inorganic fleet expansion – set zonal targets and onboarding plans.
- Drive lead generation and activation efforts with the city operations team.
- Ensure adherence to city-level operational policies and regulatory guidelines.
Platform Experience
- Monitor and improve Fulfilment Rate (FF%), Service Level Adherence (SLA), and ETA vs ATA accuracy.
- Build and maintain vendor dashboards to track rider performance, attendance, and SLAs.
- Conduct regular Voice of Partner (VOP) and Voice of Customer (VOC) sessions to uncover insights and improvement areas.
- Identify top ticketing issues and collaborate with central teams to drive resolution.
Business Growth
- Track MAU, acquisitions, wallet share, and ensure alignment with AOP targets.
- Analyse demand trends and deploy fleet resources effectively.
- Study competitor landscape (pricing, features, discounts, service quality) and suggest counter-strategies.
- Identify and address key growth blockers in the funnel.
Reporting & Process Excellence
- Deliver W.O.W rider performance reports, vendor-wise analysis, and actionable insights.
- Develop SOPs for terminations, asset audits, and vendor engagement.
- Work with product and analytics teams to automate reporting and streamline operations.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in fleet ops, business analysis, or vendor management (aggregator background preferred).
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of SQL and BI tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with an ability to interpret data and make business decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
