Job Title: Operations Manager – Manpower Supply

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the full range of operational functions for our manpower supply company. This role requires a professional who has hands-on experience in managing manpower deployment & working with third-party suppliers, and solving operational challenges like labour shortages while maintaining quality standards and compliance. You will work directly with clients to ensure timely and effective manpower supply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Manpower Deployment: Manage the end-to-end process of deploying workforce (both direct and third-party), ensuring the proper allocation of workers to meet client requirements, including handling sudden workforce shortages and urgent requests.
- Third-Party Vendor Management: Collaborate with third-party suppliers to fulfill workforce demands when in-house resources are insufficient. Negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and ensure timely delivery of workers to meet client needs.
- Client Coordination: Act as the point of contact for clients, managing their workforce requirements, addressing any issues, and ensuring timely fulfilment of labour demands.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all workers meet UAE legal requirements, including visas, labour cards, work permits, medical checks, and insurance.
- Logistics & Resource Management: Oversee the logistics of transportation, accommodation, and daily welfare of deployed workers. Ensure all arrangements comply with health, safety, and legal standards.
- Quality Control & Problem-Solving: Maintain high standards of service quality. Manage emergencies, unexpected shortages, and client escalations effectively.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed reports on manpower deployment, client feedback, issues, and KPIs to provide actionable insights to senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in operations management in the manpower supply industry in the UAE, especially with third-party coordination.
- Strong understanding of UAE labour laws and visa processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); knowledge of workforce management software is a plus.
- Ability to manage client relationships, understand their needs, and solve problems on the spot.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations, such as sudden labor shortages or urgent client requirements.
- UAE driving license preferred.
