Works independently taking full responsibility for a certain area within Business Analysis. Primary role in Business Analysis acting as a key interface between the technical project team and user communities. This position serves as a liaison between the technical team and subject matter experts/end users.

Building relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Process Modeling & Improvement

Creating AS-IS and TO-BE process maps using tools like BPMN or flowcharts

Identifying process gaps and suggesting improvements

Documentation & Specification

Writing clear Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Use Cases, and User Stories

Maintaining traceability matrices

Qualifications
Essential:
-
2 - 5 years of hands-on experience as Business Analyst

Excellent/Fluent Command in written and spoken English language

Flexible to work onsite, or from home or from the client's site

Tools Proficiency

Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Requirements and collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps

Agile & SDLC Understanding

Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)

Understanding of Waterfall and hybrid SDLC approaches

Familiar with ISTQB

Insurance domain knowledge is a plus (not a must)

Fluency in German is a major plus (not a must)
