About the Role We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BA) to support the implementation of KloudGin Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) for city and municipal customers. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in CityWorks (minimum 5 years) and strong knowledge of business processes within Cities, Municipal Utilities, and Public Works organizations. This role bridges the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, processes optimized, and solutions successfully deployed.
