Position Overview

  • We are hiring Sales Executives / Managers to drive ERP sales across the Transport & Logistics industry.
  • The ideal candidate will excel in consultative selling, product demonstrations, and engaging with CXOs, Transport Heads, Fleet Owners & Finance Leaders.
  • You will sell the complete NWAY TLMS ERP Suite, including operations, billing, fleet management, shipment/courier, finance, tracking, and mobile apps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify & develop business opportunities in Transport, Logistics, Courier & Fleet sectors.
  • Present & demonstrate the complete NWAY TLMS ERP suite.
  • Manage full sales cycle: Lead Demo Proposal Negotiation
  • Closure.
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Achieve sales targets & drive revenue growth.
  • Work with pre-sales & technical teams for solutioning and client success.

  • Route planning & GPS tracking
  • Vehicle map view & trip sheets
  • Maintenance planning & service history

Mobile App Features

  • Booking, dispatch, delivery
  • POD status & barcode scanning
  • Real-time consignment updates

Advanced Modules

  • Vehicle/Driver performance analytics
  • Real-time tracking: speed, RPM, fuel
  • Delay prediction & asset utilization
  • Job planning & vehicle scheduling
  • Tyre/Battery inventory & performance

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of ERP / SaaS / B2B sales experience
  • Experience in Transport ERP (preferred)
  • Strong consultative selling & demo skills
  • Solid knowledge of Transport, Logistics & Fleet operations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
  • Proven record of meeting revenue targets
