Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in CRM systems and financial services applications. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in analyzing complex business processes within mid-to-large scale organizations, translating requirements into actionable solutions, and collaborating directly with business stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and system enhancements.

Essential Functions:

  • Analyze and document business processes across financial services operations, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
  • Gather, validate, and document user requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Evaluate alternative solutions and recommend optimal approaches for CRM and financial services applications.
  • Collaborate closely with business managers and stakeholders to understand needs and deliver effective solutions.
  • Work with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of enterprise systems, data flows, and workflows.
  • Support project lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, testing, and implementation.
  • Prepare clear documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and workflow diagrams.

Required Education & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in mid-to-large business environments.
  • Proven experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and financial services applications.
  • Strong background working within financial services organizations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage directly with business managers and stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise systems, data flows, and workflows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Experience with regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
  • Ability to create process maps, data flow diagrams, and use case documentation.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

Indoor, office setting with essential physical requirements, such as climbing, standing, stooping or typing. Potential for some travel.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour
