We are seeking talented, detail-oriented and motivated Business Analysts to join our Fraud Prevention Systems Application Development team , contributing to the design and enhancement of security applications in fraud detection investigation.

Qualifications:

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields,
• Knowledge of professional business analysis best practices across the full software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, documentation, solution design, and stakeholder communication,
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking, financial services, or technology projects,
• Hands-on experience with third-party fraud prevention tools and their integration into banking systems,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform root cause analysis and propose solutions,
• Ability to convert business needs into detailed requirements and use cases,
• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset for addressing production issues,
• Genuine interest in fraud prevention and enthusiasm for contributing to fraud prevention solutions,
• Advanced knowledge of SQL,
• Knowledge of Kibana and Elasticsearch concepts,
• Good team player, result oriented attitude and analytical mind.

Job Description:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications,
• Work closely with third-party fraud prevention tools and ensure their seamless integration into banking systems via APIs, gateways, and services,
• Perform root cause analyses on live issues, propose effective solutions, and ensure quick resolutions,
• Prepare detailed solution proposals and functional documentation to support development teams,
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers to deliver high-quality solutions,
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of fraud prevention strategies and applications,
• Take action to close fraud vulnerabilities that may occur.
