• Monitor the delivery execution and bring change and improvements ideas for successful execution
• Manage risks in projects and develop mitigation strategies
• Manage the process of project development and ensure timeline and budget objectives are met
• Monitor SLA and customer lifecycle achievements
• Effectively manage scope of projects and the expectations of project stakeholders
• Prepare reports and presentations of the portfolio for senior management committee
• Development, implementation and improvement of portfolio management methodology
• Provide governance and facilitation to implement initiatives aligned with company strategies
• Ensure the application of knowledge areas in accordance with project management methodology in projects (Integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communication, risk and supply management)
• Prepare reports and presentations of the portfolio for C-Level Management
• Comply with the Bank's Information Security Policies and Procedures, in particular not to disclose confidential, sensitive and internal confidentiality information owned by Garanti Bank to third parties
• Support the Audit and Internal Control activities carried out throughout the Bank within the scope of its field of activity and to cooperate with the relevant units for these activities

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration Management or related fields
• Have experience in Project & Portfolio Management methodology and Agile Methods
• Minimum 5 years of project management, business analysis or software development experience preferably in financial companies / banks
• Good command of verbal, written and presentation skills in English
• PMP certificate is a plus
• Embracing customer first approach, able to develop trust-based relationship with customers and understand their needs
• Embracing one-team approach, able to be a strong team player
• Passion for quality and continuous improvement
• Strong multi-tasking abilities and motivation in a fast paced environment
• Strong desire for continuous learning and development in a self-led organization
• Ability to orchestrate multiple projects and priorities in alignment with current business objectives
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
