PROJECT ENGINEER - ORDER FULFILLMENT (F/M/D)
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships based on incoming orders,
- Conduct commercial and technical order reviews with the Technical Project Team and local sales organization,
- Manage order entry, revisions, and confirmations in the ERP system, including item card creation requests when necessary,
- Evaluate customer comments and requirements on technical documents (e.g., drawings, BOMs, and related materials),
- Track customer approvals and clarify changes during projects in coordination with specialized departments,
- Monitor deadlines, prepare project plans, and ensure successful execution of customer acceptance,
- Oversee procurement, manufacturing, quality control, and delivery processes with relevant departments.
Qualifications
- University degree in Engineering,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably involving industrial project coordination, machine elements or rotating equipment,
- Proven experience managing projects in an international environment; knowledge of hydraulic sealing technology is an advantage,
- Good command of English (written and spoken),
- Hands-on experience with ERP system order/project management processes, preferably in SAP,
- Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset,
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; team player with strong interpersonal abilities, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
