You support our team as

PROJECT ENGINEER - ORDER FULFILLMENT (F/M/D)

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships based on incoming orders,
Conduct commercial and technical order reviews with the Technical Project Team and local sales organization,
Manage order entry, revisions, and confirmations in the ERP system, including item card creation requests when necessary,
Evaluate customer comments and requirements on technical documents (e.g., drawings, BOMs, and related materials),
Track customer approvals and clarify changes during projects in coordination with specialized departments,
Monitor deadlines, prepare project plans, and ensure successful execution of customer acceptance,
Oversee procurement, manufacturing, quality control, and delivery processes with relevant departments.

Qualifications

University degree in Engineering,
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably involving industrial project coordination, machine elements or rotating equipment,
Proven experience managing projects in an international environment; knowledge of hydraulic sealing technology is an advantage,
Good command of English (written and spoken),
Hands-on experience with ERP system order/project management processes, preferably in SAP,
Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset,
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; team player with strong interpersonal abilities, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
