Business Analyst – (Healthcare Insurance)

About the Job

We are hiring a Business Analyst – (Healthcare Insurance) to support the delivery of a healthcare-focused digital platform by translating business needs into clear functional and technical requirements. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to define Super App features, map business processes, and support AI-powered capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably within the Healthcare Insurance domain
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum product development environments
• Exposure to AI-powered product features such as conversational AI, recommendation engines, or NLP
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, BPMN, and wireframing tools
• Strong understanding of insurance business processes and digital product lifecycle
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Healthcare, or related field

Requirements

• Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements for Super App features
• Create user stories, process flows, wireframes, and functional specifications
• Map current-state and future-state healthcare insurance business processes
• Support AI feature planning by defining data requirements, model inputs/outputs, and user journeys
• Assist in UAT planning, test case creation, and defect tracking
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA, and business stakeholders
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
