Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Business Analyst to transform HR data into actionable insights.

The role focuses on analyzing workforce metrics, building dashboards, and supporting strategic HR decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze HR data related to hiring, attrition, engagement, and performance

Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI / Tableau / Excel

Translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership

Recommend data-backed improvements in recruitment, retention, and workforce planning

Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of HR data

Collaborate with HR Business Partners and cross-functional teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
