Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, traceability matrices).

Design business workflows and process models using Visio, BPMN, or similar tools.

Translate business needs into technical solutions and support SDLC activities.

Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, QA, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Support system testing, UAT, defect tracking, and production implementations.

Perform data analysis, reporting, and validation using SQL, Excel, or Power BI.

Work with enterprise applications, integrations, APIs, Salesforce, and related technologies.

Participate in Agile and Waterfall project environments.
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree.
-
5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
-
Strong experience with SDLC, requirements gathering, workflow design, testing, and documentation.

Experience with SQL, Jira, Visio, APIs, Salesforce, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst Certification.
-
CBAP/PBA Certification.
-
Child Welfare domain experience.
-
MCSE/CSEP Certification.
