Business Analyst || Hybrid || Indianapolis, IN

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, traceability matrices).
  • Design business workflows and process models using Visio, BPMN, or similar tools.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions and support SDLC activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, QA, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Support system testing, UAT, defect tracking, and production implementations.
  • Perform data analysis, reporting, and validation using SQL, Excel, or Power BI.
  • Work with enterprise applications, integrations, APIs, Salesforce, and related technologies.
  • Participate in Agile and Waterfall project environments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
  • Strong experience with SDLC, requirements gathering, workflow design, testing, and documentation.
  • Experience with SQL, Jira, Visio, APIs, Salesforce, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst Certification.
  • CBAP/PBA Certification.
  • Child Welfare domain experience.
  • MCSE/CSEP Certification.
