Business Analyst I - TPR 2nd Shift

Job Summary

The Business Systems Analyst I supports, maintains, and improves core business applications that enable manufacturing operations. Under the guidance of a Sr. Business Systems Analyst, this role focuses on learning and applying foundational knowledge of systems such as SAP, MES, Power BI and any other systems required to manufacture a product within the site. The position assists in daily system support, data analysis, process improvements, and project activities. It provides a learning platform for a motivated individual seeking to grow technical and analytical skills within a regulated medical device manufacturing environment.

Job Details/Responsibilities

Support business applications by responding to user inquiries and performing initial troubleshooting in MES, SAP, and Power BI systems. Escalate complex issues to senior analysts as required.
Assist in process improvement by gathering business requirements, documenting workflows, and identifying inefficiencies within manufacturing, quality, and supply chain systems.
Contribute to reporting and data analytics by creating and maintaining dashboards and basic Power BI reports to support operational and business decisions.
Participate in system implementation and upgrade projects by documenting configurations, maintaining records, and assisting with testing activities.
Support compliance and training by following company procedures, preparing user guides, and helping with end-user training.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote effective communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Other related duties may be assigned.

Qualifications/ Background Experiences

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Experience: 0–2 years of experience in business systems, IT support, or manufacturing systems (internships or co-ops accepted).
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP, MES, or Power BI preferred; and/ or previous exposition to programming software’s with a medium level of knowledge required.
Industry Experience: Experience or interest in regulated industries (medical device, pharmaceutical, or aerospace) preferred.
Certifications: Basic understanding of data analytics tools or Lean/Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
