Business Analyst – ICT Governance
Up to QAR 27,000/month
We're looking for a senior Business Analyst with deep ICT governance expertise to join a major organisation in Qatar. This role sits at the intersection of governance, requirements engineering, and large-scale event operations — ensuring ICT readiness across sport venues, tournaments, and mission-critical environments.
Key responsibilities
ICT governance & framework development — Define, establish, and continuously improve ICT governance frameworks, policies, standards, and procedures aligned to organisational strategy. Ensure governance models are fit for sport venues and large-scale event operations.
Business & requirements engineering — Lead end-to-end requirements activities across business, functional, non-functional, and operational readiness dimensions. Ensure full traceability from business objectives through to solution delivery and support.
Event & tournament operations planning — Drive ICT readiness planning across all domains — infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, applications, and vendor teams — in support of rehearsals, test events, go-live milestones, and post-event transitions.
Stakeholder & domain coordination — Serve as the key interface between business units, ICT teams, vendors, and external partners. Facilitate governance forums, design reviews, and decision-making bodies at a senior level.
Assurance, risk & continuous improvement — Identify ICT risks and gaps impacting venues and events, support readiness assessments and audits, and embed post-event learnings into governance and operational processes.
