Business Analyst IFS

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to production processes primarily related to the core business areas like Ship Building, Ship Repair, Conversion and EPC, and the primary IFS business process areas/Modules mention below.
• Asset Management and Sales/Invoicing.
• Supply Chain Man.age1nent Project Management Project Deliverables.
• Engineering & Production Human Capital Management Document Management.
• QA, QC and Commissioning.
• Conduct detailed analysis of current production process workflows, identify areas for improvement and propose optimized solutions.
• Work closety with cross-functional teams to define and document business processes, procedures, and user workflows for IFS implementation.
• Provide guidelines to technical team to configure and customize IFS modules, to align with the company's production requirements.
• Conduct system testing, identify and resolve any issues or bugs, and ensure smooth integration of IFS with existing systems.
• Provide training and support to end-users on IFS functionality and best practices for production management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define kev performance indicators (KPls) for production and develop management in shipbuilding and repair operations.
• Participate in Internal & External meetings and discussions and ensures action points against the assigned modules are closed in timely manner.
• Ensure that the issues related to the projects/assignments are resolved in a timely manner.
• Track the benefits and contributions to the specific application and process changes to the entire organization.
• Incident, Service Request and Problem Management and documentation.
• Interface monitoring and resolution of integration logs in coordination with respective.
• Tickets (Incident and Service Request) and Problem resolution as per defined ITSM best practices and priorities and creation and maintain the Knowledge base.
• Bug Fixes and testing of designed solutions/ new development solutions before deploying into production.
• Support to business SMEs/ Super Users/End Users.
• Coordination with IFS Vendor for Standard product bugs and related to IFS performance.
• Coordination with Business SME's for Requirement Gathering.
• Business requirement documentation and sign off by SME.
• Solution Impact Analysis
• Functional Specification Documentation and coordination for sign off by SME.
• Coordination for review on Training material documentation.
• Training and user manual preparation/update.
• Master data changes I Configuration changes as per need and advise by DOW SME.
• Train superusers and end users asper business needs.
• Support Implementation of new companies/sites/functionalities.
• Support Power Bl or other reporting teams with any IFS related queries.
• Any other Task assigned related to IFS ERP implementation, maintenance, production support and upgrade activities in discussion with DOWSME.

Technical Competencies and Requirements:

• Working experience in major Production Construction sites and heavy industrial segments.
• 8+ Years relevant experience in a large organization.
• Site visits required as deemed necessary and able to work in the Middle East summer weather conditions.
• IFS Certification in Project Management, Manufacturing, SCM, Asset Maintenance, Finance and HR.
• Experience in handling the Manufacturing, Ship Repair, Oil, Gas & Energy Sec1or, Project based industries.
• Experience in Structural & Pipe Fabrication, EPC, Manufacturing, QC inspections, Material Planning, Construction Phase Planning, Progress Reporting
• Experience in ERP implementation, upgrade, and support experience.
• Strong ERP background and experience in handling Engineer-to-Order (ETO), Product Work Breakdown Structure (PWSS), material management, work order management, a quality control.
• Evaluate existing production and manufacturing processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to optimize workflows, reduce costs. and increase productivity
• Configure and customize the ERP system to align with specific shipbuilding and repair requirements, including defining production schedules, work breakdown structures, bill or materials, and routing information.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably IFS or any other ERP system catering to Marine industry, including configuration, customization, arid implementation
• Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting gap analysis, and proposing process improvements
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into system requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively ,iUl stakeholders at all levels
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high quality results with in defined timelines.

Work Location: In person
