- We are looking for a developer of business process models, business requirements, user stories, and product backlogs.
- A support system - provides support to functional business areas in their use of Mission Fed’s approved technologies and systems. Work with internal and external resources including vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues and inquiries with those systems and processes.
- Works with our awesome team in the requirements gathering, planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications as well as enhancements to existing applications with functional areas and bridge the communication link with EIT departments.

Here is what we are looking for:- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or Business Administration with specialization in IT or equivalent.
- 3+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst position overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products is required.
- Certified Scrum Master certification and PMP are highly preferred.
- Must have:
- Demonstrated a basic level of project management skills,
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving.
- Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required and communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
- Practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts and with core software applications is required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Power Platform, Symitar Episys Quest, Servicing Director, Akcelerant, Monday.com
- Experience with core processing platforms and writing SQL scripts is a plus!

Base Pay/Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year*
- Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
