Searching for a Business Analyst to join a growing team within the insurance sector. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to identify business needs, analyse processes and data and support the delivery of effective technology and operational solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications
• Analyse insurance processes, systems, and data to identify improvement opportunities
• Partner with IT teams to support solution design and implementation
• Produce data insights and reporting to support business decision-making
• Assist with product enhancements and project delivery
• Monitor regulatory updates and market trends within the insurance sector

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Business Analyst within the insurance industry
• Strong understanding of insurance products, operations, and compliance frameworks
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Exposure to BI tools and data analysis platforms preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
