Role Overview:
We are looking for a part-time Business Analyst to work with our UK-based insurance company, which operates in both retail insurance and reinsurance. The BA will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the software development team by gathering requirements, analyzing them, and ensuring they are clearly documented for implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand business requirements from stakeholders.
- Document requirements, workflows, and processes in a structured manner.
- Share and clarify requirements with the software development team.
- Support UAT by preparing test cases and validating outputs against requirements.
- Act as the single point of contact between business and technical teams for requirement clarifications.
