Position: Business Analyst Intern
Duration: 3 Months (Performance-based PPO Opportunity)
Stipend: As per interview & candidate performance

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern who has a strong interest in business processes, data analysis, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate should have basic technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

This internship provides hands-on experience in requirement gathering, solution documentation, client communication, basic data-driven decision making, and understanding key business operations. High-performing interns will be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) after the 3-month internship period.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior business analysts and project managers to understand project requirements.
• Conduct research, analyze business processes, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in gathering, documenting, and validating requirements.
• Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and workflow diagrams.
• Collaborate with the tech team to understand system capabilities and provide input on solutions.
• Perform basic data analysis to support recommendations and insights.
• Participate in meetings with clients and internal teams to understand expectations.
• Help test and review solutions before deployment (UAT support).

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Basic understanding of business processes and requirement gathering.
• Technical skills (any of the following):
• Basic SQL
• Excel/Google Sheets
• Power BI/Tableau (added advantage)
• Understanding of APIs or Software Development basics (optional)
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly.

Eligibility

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BBA, B.Com, B.Tech, MBA, MCA, etc.)
• Strong interest in business analysis, consulting, or product/service management.
• Freshers and up to 1 Year of experience candidates are encouraged to apply.
