Business Analyst Intern – Females Encouraged to Apply

GE Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship is a valuable opportunity to gain real-world exposure to business analysis, documentation, and the system development lifecycle (SDLC). You will work closely with experienced professionals on projects involving Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and U.S. e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Support the creation of workflows, use cases, and process maps.
• Learn how to enhance Warehouse Management System (WMS) modules.
• Contribute to integrations with ERP systems and e-commerce platforms.
• Support preparation of dashboards and business intelligence reports.
• Gain exposure to the U.S. e-commerce lifecycle (product listing, order management, inventory tracking, returns, etc.).
• Conduct basic gap analyses and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with technical teams across all SDLC phases.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of business analysis and SDLC.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

· Working Days: Monday – Friday (Alternate Saturdays)

· Shift Timings: 03:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Saturday: 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
