MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE: To define functional requirements, ensure comprehensive documentation, review and sign-off processes, while also bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions, with expertise in corporate finance requirements and thorough understanding of Requirement Gathering techniques, Documentation of the requirements, functional testing, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Project Development Life Cycle (PDLC). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Works as liaison among business and technical stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, information, and information systems.
  • Contributes to the development of business strategy and new initiatives with IT for all financial systems and projects.
  • Manages the overall relationships with other business stakeholders for assigned projects and concerned business units, establishing an effective and consistent customer experience.
  • Drives automation of processes and system enhancements to achieve productivity benefit in accordance with best practices.
  • Understands user requirements and collaborates with IT to ensure timely delivery, implementing new system projects and enhancements within agreed timelines and budgeted costs.
  • Coordinates with finance and business teams to achieve business objectives by leveraging system functionality.
  • Assesses existing controls and establishes new ones as necessary to safeguard sensitive financial information.
  • Negotiates with business to review change requests, and ensure consistent utilization of approved methods, processes, and tools.
  • Develops test plans, test cases, and scripts for various test phases, and execute and coordinates testing activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)
  • Degree in Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience in Finance domain
  • Fluent in English
  • Airline experience would be an added advantage.
  • Oracle E-Business suite and basic accounting skills are required.
  • Years with qualifications: 4 - 6 years

ISR Requirements: Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
