Business Analyst IT

Role Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst (IT) who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical teams. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, developers, and QA to translate requirements into clear, actionable solutions and ensure smooth delivery of IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flows
• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT activities
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in existing systems
• Assist in change management and impact analysis
• Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT / Software projects
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Hands-on experience with requirement elicitation techniques
• Proficiency in documentation tools (Confluence, MS Visio, Jira, etc.)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional and remote teams

Nice to Have

• Experience working on web or enterprise applications
• Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and system integrations
• Exposure to UAT planning and execution
• Prior experience in SaaS or product-based environments
