Business Analyst (IT)

We’re looking for Business Analyst (IT) with hands-on experience in software projects to bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring requirements are clear, structured, and aligned with business goals.

Requirements

• Conduct stakeholder meetings, Gather, analyze, and document functional & non-functional requirements.
• Perform gap analysis and impact analysis.
• Create BRD, FSD, PRD, and user stories, Prepare process flows, data flow diagrams, and system interaction diagrams
• Maintain requirement traceability matrix (RTM), Define acceptance criteria and support UAT
• Work closely with Product Manager, Developers, QA, and Designers.
• Assist in backlog grooming and prioritization, Clarify business rules and edge cases for development teams
• Support sprint planning and release planning

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software projects
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Familiarity with REST APIs, databases, and system integrations, tools like Jira and confluence
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Bonus Points

• Experience in Logistics, Fleet Management, or Driver Management Systems
• Knowledge of GPS tracking systems, telematics, trip management, fuel monitoring, or route optimization
