Business Analyst - IT Company

Job Summary: A business analyst provides project coordination, functional expertise, and contributes to improvements and enhancements for mission-critical, enterprise-wide information systems. The analyst is responsible for project tracking and control for assigned modules or systems, serving as a liaison between functional and technical resources to manage the development of new system functionality, upgrades, system modifications, and day-to-day problem analysis, issue tracking, and resolution.

Job Description:

• Coordinate with clients for requirements, translate them into project specs and work with developers and testing team to get the mobile apps / web portals developed.
• Respond to client queries, review project plans and provide regular updates on progress.
• Responding, updating and communicating to various internal and external stakeholders over Emails, WhatsApp, Skype and Phone Call.
• Helping developers during development to clarify their queries regarding business requirement.
• Should have fair understanding in web and mobile application testing.
• Good in gap analysis, understanding business requirements, making Wireframes, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), etc.
• Very good verbal and written communication skills.
• Independent thinker with the ability to perform under pressure.
• Good hands on familiarity with Microsoft office utilities like word, excel, and ppt.
• Good problem solving skills and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Retail and FMCG domain is a big plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,785.98 - ₹500,000.27 per year
